33bdd Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
33bdd believes that entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Our responsible gaming policy keeps you protected and keeps the experience enjoyable.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games can be an entertaining activity — but only when played with awareness. On the 33bdd platform, we want every player to play with enjoyment and within their own means. Gambling or betting should never be seen as a source of income; it is purely an entertainment experience.
We believe that building a responsible betting environment is not only the user's responsibility — it is also 33bdd's responsibility. That is why we have put several protective measures in place on our platform to help you maintain full control over your own play.
If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life — financially, in your family, or mentally — please do not delay in contacting our support team. 24/7 live chat support in Bengali is always by your side.

Our protection tools
To ensure responsible gaming at 33bdd, the following tools can be used directly from your account.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 24-hour waiting period is required — this gives you the opportunity to make a considered decision.
Time Control (Time-Out)
Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to access your account or place bets — this is an effective step for mental rest.
Self-Exclusion
Choose a long-term self-exclusion — 6 months, 1 year or permanently. This step cannot be reversed; please speak with our support team before making the decision. This is the strongest protective measure available.
Betting History and Real-Time Information
You can view a clear record of your complete betting history, wins and losses, and total spending at any time. Transparency is the first step toward responsible decisions.
Age Verification (21+)
The 33bdd platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Age verification is mandatory at the time of registration. Protecting minors from gaming is part of our core commitment.
24/7 Support and Guidance
If you have any concerns about your gaming, our support team is always ready. Speak directly via live chat in Bengali or by email — no judgment, just help.
Simple rules for safe betting
Following these simple steps will keep betting an enjoyable experience at all times.
- Only play with money that, if lost, will not cause problems in your daily life.
- Set a budget and time limit before each session and stick to them.
- Avoid placing bets one after another in an attempt to recover lost money.
- Never think of betting as a way to earn income or repay debt.
- Do not bet when you are under mental stress or feeling low.
- Avoid betting under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- Keep your deposit limit active — it automatically prevents overspending.
Protecting family and children
If there are children or teenagers in the home, keeping them safe from online betting is very important. 33bdd does not allow minors to open an account under any circumstances. However, you can also take some steps at the family level:
- Use a strong password on your device and your 33bdd account and do not share it with others.
- Keep your device locked so children cannot access it easily.
- If needed, install parental control software on your device.
- Avoid using betting apps or sites in front of children.
Warning signs of problem gambling
If any of the following signs appear in yourself or someone you know, help should be sought immediately.
You are repeatedly betting to recover lost money and losing even more.
You are hiding your betting habit from family or friends or lying about it.
Thoughts about gaming are reducing your focus on work, studies or family relationships.
You are taking on debt or exhausting your savings for betting.
When you cannot play, you feel restlessness, irritability or depression.
You are giving betting more importance than sleep, food or taking care of your health.
If you experience any of these signs, please contact 33bdd support immediately or use our self-exclusion tool. Seeking help is a sign of courage.
Assess yourself
Answer the questions below honestly with yourself. If two or more answers are "yes", please consider seeking professional help.
1 In the past few weeks, has betting caused you difficulty in meeting your daily expenses?
2 Have you spent more time or money on betting than you planned?
3 Have you tried to stop betting but failed?
4 Are you spending more time on betting by cutting back on time for work, family or friends?
5 After a loss, have you placed another bet to escape anger, anxiety or loneliness?
6 Have your family or friends expressed concern about your betting habit?
How to set a deposit limit
You can easily set a deposit limit from your 33bdd account settings. The minimum deposit is ৳200 — keep this in mind when planning your weekly budget. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; if you want to increase a limit, you must wait 24 hours — this pause gives you the opportunity to make a considered decision.
Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Funds typically reach your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account within 10 to 45 minutes.
Time-Out and Self-Exclusion
A time-out is a temporary break — your account can be kept inactive for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. No bets or deposits are possible during this period.
Self-exclusion is stronger — your account can be closed for 6 months, 1 year or permanently. This is a final step, so we recommend speaking with our support team before making this decision. Contact support at: [email protected] or via live chat.
